Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I realized there is an issue with the screen display. When I overlapping some website pages or any application pages, the contents will look bright, transparent, and difficult to see the content. However, When I taking a screenshot, this issue does not exist and looks totally normal. I have included 2 images, hope this will make more sense.
