Product: HP 240 G7

Hi, i have a problem with a customer notebook (hp 240 g7), the problem is my customer tried to upgrade the BIOS and it failed.

 

All i see when i turn on the laptop is BIOS Update screen and when it's on the writing step it fails at 80%, i tried to install a bios version from USB Device using this metod: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02693833

but now i have a message in the BIOS Update screen that says unable to open bios signature file.

 

i tried with two versions of BIOS and i get the same at all tries.

 

i hope you can help me please.

Hola, Tengo un problema con la laptop de un cliente (hp 240 g7), la cual el trató de actualizar el BIOS y falló, cuando la encendí lo que vi en la pantalla de actualización de BIOS fue que en el paso de escritura de la nueva versión fallaba al 80%, yo intenté flashear el BIOS desde usb usando este metodo: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02693833 el cual no me dio el resultado esperado, ahora solo me muestra el mensaje unable to open bios signature file, que quiere decir que no encuentra el archivo de la firma del bios.

 

Espero que puedan ayudarme a solucionarlo, por favor.
