Product: HP 10bII+ financial calculator

Hi,

 

My financial calculator is unable to calculate the IRR/YR.

 

After inputting the cash flows for various years, once I press the IRR/YR button, the screen shows "running" and then the calculator resets itself.

 

Anyone able to assist please?
