Hello

 

We have a strange problem in strange scanning results when using scanning (ADF) a two-sided document. After resetting to factory defaults the scanning process is working normally. In a day or two the issue occurs.

 

We are using the latest drivers and latest firmware.

 

Maybe is something wrong with the printer memory? How to reset it without resetting the device to factory defaults?
