Hello,

I installed a color ink cartridge in my printer. I was then given instructions to insert a paper into the printer, and once it had finished printing, let the printer scan the paper. But when the printer finished printing ,  the page was very faded. And when the printer started the scan, I got an error message that the page couldn't be read. I tried to scan two more times, but kept getting the same error message. Finally, I turned the printer off, and back on. The printer will print, but both the black and color prints are very faded.  HP print and scan doctor show both cartridges as being full. Is there any way that I can fix this?

Thank you
