I have a CM1312nfi MFP connected to my home network via ethernet cable. I use Win 10 Professional 64 bit. I recently tried to scan a document and received the following message:
"The software had trouble scanning or was cancelled"
I am using the latest CM1312series-win7-full-solution-AM-EMEA1-v5.1 software. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and that seemed to resolve the problem until I installed some Windows Updates. Now I get the same error message. I have another Win 10 Pro 64 bit system with the same HP software adn the same problem. All other functions seem to be operating normally.
I tried contacting HP Support and was told that my printer was too old and I need a new model.
Does anyone have any advice? Thanks.
