Product: HP8610
Operating System: iOS

I need to print in B/W a page and the printer is demanding I replace the Y cartridge to “resume printing”. I don’t have access to the device from which the item(s) possibly one queue were sent to clear them. 

How can I clear the queue directly on the printer, please?
