Product: Designjet T830/T730

Hi Forum

Has anyone had the following issue.

a Cartridge on a T830/T730 runs out but does not signal that it is empty?

That then sends air through the printhed and the printhead nozzle for that colour prints blank?

 

i did not htink this was possible as the printhead would be flagged as faulty due to presure loss.

Unless the the presure is being sustained some how.

Is this a cartridge erro or printer error or printhead error?
