We recently bought a HP Smart Tank Wireless 455 after being sold on this by the salesman. Now a couple of weeks later it is not living up to expectations and not doing what I assumed, obviously incorrectly, that it would be a better printer than the Canon I had for over 10 years. Currently, the connection keeps being lost, the printer continually goes off line, the quality of the printing is poor, not clear and precise and to top it off tonight I went to double side print and find its a manual intervention requirement to feed the paper through for the other side. Apart from this the speed of the printing is very slow. I'm not happy with it and really would like to return it to the shop I purchased it from. How do I do this?
