Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello good day,

So each time i feed documents via the feeder tray to either copy or scan, it distorts the print at the top part of the paper and cuts the print at the bottom. However, it prints well when i send documents directly from the computer to print. please help!
