Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I just bought a HP Color Laser 150a and I am trying to use a compatible 3rd party white toner cartridge for my business but seems like I have to do a downgrade. Please send me the instructions to downgrade to a firmware version that does not block 3rd party ink cartridges because I bought this model specificly to be able to print with white toner and it seems this firmware is the problem. I have the latest version available. Please help someone from HP, I spent all my savings in this printer and white toner.
