Product: Ipad
Operating System: iOS

Hi my Hp envy will only pick up genuine Hp 6x4 photo paper...I have tried all different makes and even ones with the same gsm as Hp but to no avail.

does anyone know how I can use non genuine photo paper please as it’s driving me mad!
