HP Recommended
Product: HP 9013
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

The HP all in one 9013 is a great printer ... BUT .... although I only use black and white printing, I see the coloured ink levels getting lower and lower.  I contacted HP support several times, but, to my surprise, I have never received an answer to this problem

 

I wonder if HP is aware of the problem and I am surprised that they can not solve it.
