HP Recommended
Product: HP DesignJet T930 Plotter PostScript

The plotter was indicating "reseat cartridge G." We had removed it and inserted it again but the message still appeared.

We then tried opening a new cartridge as it appeared the original was low and inserting it. The message still remains telling us to reseat the cartridge. 

How can we fix this?
