HP Recommended
Product: HP Laserjet MFP M426fdn
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Cannot scan for some reason. Playing up all the bloody time. Showing error messages like:

 

- The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.imagecapture error 4294967249.)

 

It will sometimes not even recognise the printer/scanner. 

 

When it does work, after troubleshooting all the steps of the previous unfortunate users of HP Easy Scan (i.e. resetting all printers, redownload HP Easy Scan, etc), it will just scan half of my document and HP Easy Scan will stop showing the scanned pages. 

I have had enough of this especially I just bought the printer a few weeks ago! HP software engineers please provide a bug fix!!!!!
