HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The printer will not print. 'A print job in the print queue is preventing other print jobs from printing.'

If I run the troubleshooter, the queue gets cleared. Then when I try to print again I get the same error.

Attempted, unsuccessful solutions:

-HP Scan and Print Doctor.

-Restarting the Print Spool in Windows Services Manager.

-Uninstalling and thoroughly deleting all associated HP files in Program Data, all drivers, and clearing any temporary files in under PRINTERS in /system32. Then reinstalling the printer.

With each of these failed solutions, I unplugged the the printer for at least 60 seconds.

Oddly enough, I can still print just fine from my iPad through the HP Printer Smart app.

Below is a screenshot of the troubleshooter attempting to fix the problem.

I can provide any additional screenshots or information necessary.

If anybody has any helpful suggestions, let me know!

Thanks in advance!
