I have a E709a.
would appriciate instructions on how to reset the sensors.

I have this same problem - error 0x610011beb.
i have looked through all the absolutely horrible documentation there is... and no luck.
the worst part... i just spent ~$45 on HP ink cartridges - they may have been the culprit in this.
so i am down one printer (now have to go buy a new one according to the HP Blog), down $45 (cartridges you can not return), and very upset.
