I am still having the issue described in https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Software-and-Drivers/Hp-Web-Jetadmin-10-4-failed-to-start/td-p... when trying to use a remote SQL database for WJA 10.4 FP7.
I get the same error message when attempting to load up wja:
"A Problem has occurred with the HP Web Jetadmin service. One or more components failed to load."
In event viewer I see that the WJA service is running and that it successfully connects to the database.
How about an answer? Or if it has been resolved from some of you, please post your solution. Thx 🙂
