Took me 2.5 hours with a chat tech to get the answer.

Type this into a browser:
192.168.223.1
Clicked on the “Settings” tab, then on the left find "Security", and under that click “Administrator Settings”.
You will be prompted with "Access Secure Settings" "A custom printer password has been set. Enter the password or contact your IT administrator to access the printer's web interface."
Use the password “12345678”, if that doesn’t work, look inside the ink cartridge door, and use the PIN listed there.
