2600 DJ all in one
macOS 10.14 Mojave

I've just installed a new black cartridge - after problems getting one - and now all it prints is alignment pages. Three printed so far all using maximum ink. And now my ink status is showing low !! I want to contact HP urgently but they want to charge £18 for the privilege. They ignore Twitter requests. 

Can someone assist in getting through to them? Will HP respond to me urgently please?
