HP Recommended
Product: hp laser jet 3030
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp laserjet 3030 AIO- orignally functioned in WinXP  SP3x32,x86; also worked in Windows 7- lost scanning when UPD universal driver installed with updates.  HP scan doctor says need full software, which I have - and run in compatibility  WinXP SP3-shows installed successfully- but still can't scan.  HP scan doctor still says no scanner found.  hp scan app sees my printer but still can't scan.  Windows fax and scan is on computer but also says no scanner found.

Can anyone solve this issue? Please?
