Product: HP365

Hi There,

I am having issues printing with my printer HP 365, Im using an LG LD2840G profile but but everytime I print it it bunches up at the front and sticks on top of the platten therefore scratching the print an jamming the substrate. I thought it was just the vinyl profile but when I change to a different vinyl it still did the same thing. Will I adjust the temperature or the vacuum? I had to stand infront of the printer to stretch the vinyl as it comes out when its a small run. Can someone help me please! Thanks!
