HP Recommended
Product: Officejet Pro 6960
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have removed 3 of our office printers (all the same model) from your smart ink as we did not find it value for money.  2 of them are ok and work with the genuine HP replacement inks but the 3rd is not working at all with either original or alternative inks.  Can someone help please ??
