Product: HP Laser Jet 400 Color M451dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Laser Jet 400 Color M451dw

 

I  can't access my menu options on my printers LCD,  I choose "Setup menu" --> "Network Setup" and it says "Menu access is disabled" . I even tried to do a Factory Reset but even that option is locked. 

 

Can somenbody help me out!!
