Product: Hp T2300

I have two Plates Hp T1200 and Hp T2300. When I send the prints they do not match, but the files and does not exit with the cut line at the time of printing. I enter the settings and activate both both options, but when I print continues without combining and without the cut line. I have already restored the machines to the standard from factory, and even then nothing happened still the same thing. Finally I updated the firmware of both plots, and yet they do not combine files at the time of printing and neither does the cut line.     Could someone give me some strength in that ??   Thank you
