Product: HP Deskjet 3637

I have an HP Deskjet 3637 that I just installed new ink cartridges in. I am using the HP ink cartridges that are 63 XL. Since I put those in, I have not been able to print. I did at one time print something from my IPad, but it was black text and it was not correct at all. I took the ink cartridges out and checked them and nothing seemed to be wrong and then I reinstalled them. I have went through several of the troubleshooting items and nothing has worked. These were expensive cartridges and I would like to use them once before having to throw them out.
