Hello,

 

After a software update that the printer requested, I let it run, and after about 30 minutes I noticed my print job still had not gone through, and the pritner was offline.  Pressing the power button will not turn it on, so after unplugging it, then plugging it back in, it tries to boot, and some parts move in the back of the printer, but then it shuts down right after that.  The power button still doesnt work.  Do you have any suggestions?
