HP Recommended
Product: Samsung c460
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Samsung c460 worked fine until I received a new FIOS router - it see the network, network sees it, but returns "key isnt correct" message continually.. Notebooks, phones, tablets, tv all work fine, just the printer - tried wireless setup, usb setup..wifi direct & wps button... I'm at a loss... cant find how to restore printer to factrory defaults, but found a 'clear' on the lcd, so did that.. any help is appreciated.. thank you
