HP Recommended
Product: Laser Jet Pro MFP M227fdn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have always used HP laser jet printers at home and have never had a problem printing from my work computer while working remotely. I had our IT staff work to get this printer set up, but they cannot get it to print during my remote sessions. It works fine directly from my laptop. They worked for five hours on this yesterday. Anyone have any ideas?
