I am supporting an elderly user printing to an HP LJ 1100w on an HP Pavillion ChromeBook via Google Cloud Print and HP ePrint.

She sent a job to the printer that printed two pages, then threw an error.  Printing stopped.  She tried several other times, then tried printing something else.  I cleared the Google Cloud Print queue, but the already sent jobs keep coming and breaking the printer. I reboot the printer, it does another job, breaks after 2 pages.  So I restart the printer again.  Finally I get to the end of the bad job submissions.  Now ALL the other jobs submitted after the last bad job, all of which had been deleted from Google Cloud Print are coming in.  Wasting paper and toner.  And I can't figure out how to clear the ePrint queue.

Please understand thatI'm not interested at this time what in that job breaks the printer.  All I want to now is clear the ePrint queue.

I found lots of info on how to clear the windows print queue (already know how to do that), but so far nothing on how to clear the ePrint queue.  Can anyone help?
