I just received the HP Peo 6455
took out of box Plugged in
downloaded the app and everytime it connects and finds printer it say to press the flashing ‘information’ button and it is NOT registering that I’m pressing the button. Do I press and hold long time? It has no clicking action and no matter how hard or light I press the button it won’t let me continue is the start up
I’ve stopped and reset many times and each time get stuck at this point. Do ya need to take my concern to another level of HP support??
