Product: Z3200PS
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I recently had a corrupt printer utility file for a Z3200 ps printer. I went to download a new file from HP.com. I typed in my serial number for my machine and it gave me the list of software for the Z3200. I downloaded the Printer Utility, and it was listed as version 6.0.6.4630. The problem is when I opened the utility it does not list the Z3200 as being a compatible machine, and when I punch in the serial number it does not recognize it. Does anyone know how I can get the correct printer utility?
