HP Recommended
envy4520
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

finally solved the error msg"automation server can't create object" i couldn't get the envy printer assistant s/w running. i tried all the fixes presented by hp and in forums but nothing worked.

Finally i wrote my own HTA with the same structure as the HP software( only shorter) and it worked fine. i used task manager to analize what processes were being called and i noticed the HP s/w used mshta*32  from c:\windows\syswow64 folder and mine used the mshta from system32.   i don't know why this was happenning so i took the mshta file from system32 folder and put it in the syswow64 folder. quess what it worked.

hope this helps everyone

P.S. also the s/w wouldn't load from the setup.exe. so i loaded it from the MSI files. worked fine.
