Product: Hp envy photo 6255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have hp envy photo 6255. I use it for alot of projects and recently it will not print aqua color it will print it as dark blue. i have tried uninstalling/reinstalling software,hard reset, and cleaning cartridges. what now?
