Hi there! Recently purchased a used Poly Studio USB: 

Serial: >Do not include the product serial number or any private information<

Software Version: 870

Product ID: 0x9217

OS: MacOS 26 Tahoe

 

Having an issue with the admin password - I was not asked to set this up, and when I try to log into the Admin section, anything I type in gets rejected as a wrong password. I tried resetting via Poly Lens desktop app, and tried resetting using the pinhole at the bottom of the device, to no success. I also tried the default password from the documentation, tried admin, tried no password, etc.. to no luck. Any ideas/recommendations on what needs to be done here?

The default admin password is Polycom12#$
