Hi all, wondering if anyone has encountered an echo for far end participants when dialled into MS Teams with the local participant using a Poly Studio USB (2.1.001162) and Windows 11 (22H2, build 22621.2861).  We swapped back to a Windows 10 imaged PC and there is no echo, but when we go back to the W11 device, the far site receives an echo again when they talk.  This happens on a number of W11 devices we have rolled out (we have a number of DELL 7010 Micros in offices with Poly USB Studios).  Trying to work out if it is a driver issue or some MS Teams setting that has crept into the new build?  As expected, muting the microphone on the local participant stops the echo.  Echo cancellation is set.

 

Anyone else experiencing something similar?

I believe we addressed an echo issue via Firmware 2.1.2

 

Please check this out.

 

If you still have an echo I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region and quote EN-237837.
