Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I cannot get the poly studio to show in poly lens. Will show and update in poly companion but no luck connecting to the computer. It will show as Poly Studio DFU in device manager.

welcome to the HP Poly community.
I assume you have the Poly Companion App but what Version?
The Poly Companion App has been retired and the Poly Lens App is required once the unit is running firmware 1.4.0 or above

if this still fails, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region if no other volunteers reply. Details are in my Signature.
