The Webcam Poly P5 worked for one hour before encountering issues. After that, the operating system no longer recognizes it as a camera, although it does detect a connected USB device. The light on top of the camera also fails to turn on. The Poly Lens software is installed but cannot detect the camera.

welcome to the HP Poly community. It would be useful if you could provide details on the operating system, PC or Mac, and any USB Hubs used.

In device manager it is written, that Generic USB hub uses USBHUB3 driver.

I suggest testing without a USB Hub as this can cause issues.
