I Have a polycom p009 model i need to use the device bluetooth to connect to the pc and connect the camera and speaker to the pc

so need software and drivers for the device

Hello @Woodkraft ,

 

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

I have removed your serial as the community states:

 

  • Do not include the product serial number or any private information.

The Poly Studio USB is a USB camera and requires a USB lead to be connected to a compatible PC or Apple Mac to be used as:

 

  • Camera
  • Speaker
  • Microphone

You cannot use the camera via Bluetooth as a camera.
