Hello,
My HP Envy laptop is experiancing a problem with the left hinge/fan. The hinge is very loose and now I can't even open it properly. This laptop was NEVER dropped or mishandled as it sat on my desk at home almost all the time. Their is a gap in the casing now and it is interfering with the fan. This laptop is barely a year old and has software from my college installed on it. I can't afford expensive repairs. This laptop worked perfectly fine before this hinge started coming apart.
This appears to be from a defective design, I'm surprised their hasn't been a recall. It seems other people on the forums have experienced a similar problem and was wondering if an HP Rep. could reach out to me.
