HP Officejet 4630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I’m hoping someone in these forums can help me to get my printer to work.  I currently have an HP Officejet 4630 that will no longer printer from my Windows 10 computer, and I’m not sure why.  I first got the problem when I upgraded my old computer to Windows 10, the computer sees the printer, but when it goes to install the drivers, it says that it cannot connect to the printer wirelessly or wired.  I can print to the printer from mobile devises (iPhone, iPad) just not from my main computer.  I have an older model HP Envy 120 that I can see and print to just fine, but it is my work printer and I would prefer not to use it for general day to day printing that is not work related.  I think it’s a firewall problem, but to be honest I have no idea how, or what changes that I need to do check if that’s the problem.  When I look at the printer in the printers and driver section, it says that the printer is unavailable and that no drivers are loaded for the printer.  I know I need the drivers, but HP keeps telling me that no printer is installed and wont install the drivers for it.  Please help
