Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am on the verge of getting rid of my HP 7520 printer and purchasing another brand.  I have tried for several months to connect to E print.  The instructions are NOT clear.  One of the instructions reads: "Connect to a web browser?"  Just WHAT does that mean.  I just feel as if I purchased the wrong brand of printer, and I have been trying for months to connect it to a web browser.  Can anyone give me step-by-step CLEAR instructions.  Thanks.
