Product: Pavilion g4 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I've had this laptop since 2012 and recently it has given me a lot of problems. It overheats, turns off by itself (even if the battery life is good) and has become slow. Today, I was writing a paper and the laptop cut off. When I turned it back on and logged in, the laptop got stuck at the "Welcome" screen. I can see my mouse moving and the tiny dots moving in a circular motion, but it does not go past this screen. Any advice would be extremely helpful!
