Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi all,

 

  I can't see Wireless as an option after refreshing my laptop.

 

  My Network Card is a 10/100BASE-T Ethernet LAN (RJ-45 connector).

 

  I think I'm missing the driver as I can't see it under Network Adapters under Device Manager.

 

  I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro.

 

  The laptop is a Pavillion 11-k013cl x360.

 

  The Wireless connectivity should work with 802.11ac WLAN.  

 

  Internet currently works when plugged to an Ethernet cable.

 

  Any help?
