Officejet 6500A Plus
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Pavillon laptop, Window 10- 64 bit.  My printer which is HP Officejet 6500A Plus has been giving me printer errors for the last few months... which now has stopped printing.  Too many printing errors.  It won't print pdf files, won't print .img.pdf file.  It won't print anything that has more than one paragraph on it.  I have all the drivers updated, software updated... even removed the software and downloaded from your website the new software update & drivers for windows 10.

Now when I tried to installed my printer wirelessly... the Add a devide or even the Print and Scan Doctor cannot add my printer as they find something wrong with the IP address or they cannot find my printer.

I have double checked the IP address, my laptop IP and my router IP... all within one digit difference.  IE:  laptop ip: 192.168.0.13; printer ip: 192.168.0.12, etc.

I have no cable for the printer to connect directly to my laptop.  I turned off all my security software, restarted all ( router, laptop and printer).  Same problem.  Unable to installed the printer software to my laptop.

Would appreciate any help or assistance with this.  Thanks
