I have a "HP PAVILION NOTEBOOK - 15-P157CL (ENERGY STAR)" and after I didn't use it for three weeks now my battery is not working anymore, it says it is at 0% and doesn't charge. When I turn on the pc I get a message on black screen saying:
HP Battery Alert
The system has detected the storage capacity of the battery stated below to be very low.
For optimal performance, this battery may need to be replaced.
Primary (internal) Battery (601)
ENTER - Continue Startup

I tried to run battery scan from HP support assistant and it says that it cannot connect to the battery.
I tested the battery from the PC Diagnostics (as in http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00821536)
The component test failed and the failure ID is 0U2N63-70P8AU-MFPV6J-C0B503
The main output of the test is: Main Battery - Replace (42)
The PC runs with no issues on AC only so it's not an adapter or AC power supply problem.
I already updated the BIOS and Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery and it didn't help.
Do you think the problem on the battery can be solved?
If not, could you suggest me where I can find the correct replacement?
Thanks in advance for the help!
