Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using the Validity Sensor for more than a year now, but in the last few days, it doesn't work, and the light doesn't turn on when I swipe.

I've tried checking for updates for the sensor and even downloading the link that Provost, an HP Expert Volunteer posted on:

I have no clue to why it would suddenly stop, any help?
