Product: HP 2000-2c00 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)
Hello, so my HP 2000-2c00 Notebook PC Running Windows 8 won't start up. Whenever turned on, the screen lights up but it remains blank, and will stay like this no matter how long I wait.
This happened after I tried to perform a factory reset; the progress went up to 4%, then it failed so I powered it off. It stopped working after that.
I have tried pressing the typical f2, f10, and escape buttons, it does not go into diagnostics and BIOS. Instead, it shows me some text on the lower left of the screen indicating which service I was trying to access (for example, when I try to go into BIOS options, it says: "F10... BIOS Setup Options." ) It will then remain like that and not proceed into BIOS no matter how long I wait.
I would really appreciate any help with this problem, this laptop is relatively new and I have a lot of tasks to accomplish very soon so any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
