Product: HP Pavilion g7-2269wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to replace my battery on my HP Pavilion g7-2269wm laptop.  Model is B5Z52UA,  )Processor is AMD A8-4500M, 17" screen.  I never knew how confusing it is to just try to buy the correct one (may be a user problem...).  Can anyone please give me the correct information to purchase a new one?  I have ordered two with the help of HP and they are both incorrect.  Many Thanks!
