Product: HP Envy 5640 E all in one prin
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some reason my printer stopped printing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled x 3 times and it still comes up with the same error.

 

The diagnostics results report from the printer says everything is ok.

 

When "connection options page comes up I select

- wireless

- next

 

Then it is "checking network enviroment"

 

- then select my model name which is listed

- next

 

Then it comes up with this error " The device was unable to be installed over the network"

 

I have shut down and rebooted the printer, computer and wireless network

 

Got no idea why this is happening and it's driving me crazy!!!

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

 

I ended up printing what I needed via my mobile phone so it does print
